3、 Working principle and characteristics of the equipment

The structure is in the form of a three roll symmetrical structure,The upper roller moves vertically up and down at a symmetrical position in the center of the two lower rollers,Obtained through the transmission of a lead screw and worm gear, the two lower rollers rotate and provide torque for the rolled sheet by meshing with the lower roller gear through the output gear of the reducer.

It is driven by two lower rollers as the driving wheel, which are driven by the driving machine, coupling, reducer, and open gear pair. When the upper roller is working, it is driven by the frictional force between the steel plates. At the same time, as a driven shaft, it plays a role in adjusting compression. Controlled by a separate transmission system, the main components are: upper roller lifting motor, reducer, worm gear pair, screw rod, and screw nut. During operation, the worm gear pair rotates the inner screw of the worm gear, causing the screw rod and upper roller bearing seat to move up and down. The two lower rollers can rotate in both directions, and under the pressure of the upper roller, the lower roller rolls repeatedly to achieve the desired curvature of the sheet metal and form the expected shape.

4、 Structural characteristics of equipment

By relying on friction, it drives the sheet to feed and complete the rolling work.

4. Balance device:The balancing device consists of two tension rods and a balancing beam.

After the side frame is overturned, the balancing device presses down on the tail of the upper roller to maintain its balance.
